From the first time you call for service to the end of your appointment, our Team will make your experience with Benfatti A/C a pleasant one. Our friendly office staff will listen to your concerns and schedule your appointment in a timely manner. When you call with the problem of not having heating or cooling, a Technician will be dispatched that same day. With Benfatti your heating or cooling system will be serviced quickly and you will be comfortable today – guaranteed!
The Service Coordinator will call to let you know when your Technician is in route to your home as well as the name of your Technician. For your safety, our trucks are clearly marked and all employees are required to wear an official Benfatti A/C uniform.
Our expertly trained Technician will be dispatched to your home ready to take care of your system. The Technician will listen to your concerns, diagnose the problem and explain his findings to you. The cost is of the repair is always given before a repair is begun.
Our Technicians are equipped with computerized dispatching and invoicing. When the repair is complete you will be given a computer generated invoice and, for your convenience, we do accept credit cards as well as cash or check for payment.
After the Technician has completed the call, you will receive a courtesy call from our office staff asking for your feedback on our service. Our quality work and exceeding your expectations is very important to us and we appreciate all comments or concerns you may have regarding our Team.
