For the life of the system if our workmanship fails we will fix it at no cost to you.

Workmanship is defined as our labor and methods to install the equipment. It does not include parts or equipment malfunction. That will be covered under your equipment, compressor and labor warranties.

Trane Money Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied one year from installation we will remove the equipment and refund your money.

Your trust and satisfaction is our only priority.

If, in the first year of use, the system does not deliver the specified heating or cooling capacity, taking into consideration your application and ambient conditions which will be documented at the time of the installation, and we are not able to correct the problem, we will remove the Trane equipment and refund your entire purchase price for the removed equipment.
